Sarah Rounding is an experienced Residential Conveyancing Executive with Gaddes Noble Property specialising in residential property and new-build properties.

Sarah has worked in Residential Conveyancing since the age of 18 and has many years of experience looking after clients selling, buying and re-mortgaging residential properties.

Sarah is currently working closely with qualified managers with a varied caseload focusing on client care and ensuring clients goals are met

Sarah is studying Conveyancing Law and Practice at MOL and working towards becoming a qualified Licenced Conveyancer.

Sarah has three children who keep her busy even though they are in their teens.  In her spare time, she enjoys baking, sewing and growing vegetables in her allotment.
